A day in the life: Channeling Ivan

What does it usually look like when you have a day off?

I have a big family, so there’s always a lot going on with kids, grandkids, etc. I also spent a lot of time at the beach, playing music. When I’m not working, I shut down my mental world for a few days to “recharge.” I… like traveling and food.

Tell us something interesting that your customers would like to know.

I’ve lived in 13 different cities across the United States, all over the East Coast, West Coast, and Texas.And, when I was much younger, I worked in financial services for 20 years while working part-time as a psychic [for] most of the time.Over the years, I have [had] Lots of different life experiences, which definitely enhance my work as a psychic.

Do you have any go-to mantras?

“Even a whirlwind does not last all day.” This is a quote from the Tao Te Ching. It simply means that no matter how bad a situation is or how low you feel, nothing lasts forever. There are always better times ahead.

What advice would you give to first-time readers?

Relax and imagine all your random thoughts [head]
Escape from your mind, [leaving only] The core issue with your reading…trust the messages you receive, even if they don’t “concur” with your views or opinions. Have absolute faith and confidence that you are receiving truth from the universe.Most importantly, always tell the truth, but…make sure [that it’s] Be kind and helpful.

When and how did you discover your psychic abilities?

When I was a very young child, I often experienced déjà vu and precognition: for example, I would sometimes know what my mother or teacher was going to say before they said it. When I was 13, I had a girlfriend from school and I would spend hours talking to her on the phone. I had never been to her house, but one night I found myself perfectly describing the interior and exterior of her house, which was unique in that neighborhood (I had no practical way of knowing what the place was like) ). While this was more of an example of distance viewing rather than formal clairvoyance, the experience stuck with me. From now on, I will often have predictions about people and things around me. When I turned 18, I committed myself to learning as much as I could about the psychic arts and metaphysics, which ultimately led me to where I am today, at the California School of Psychics.
