These methods of healing the body, mind, and spirit are similar in that they all channel life force energy that can help you health and recover from illness. (Also known as mind healing, energy medicine, or spiritual healing).
For centuries, miraculous healing from illness has been associated with the work of God, saints, spiritual healers and shamans. Some life force energy methods for healing the mind, body, and spirit have been found to help speed up the speed and extent of recovery from serious illness and major surgery, as well as the aftermath of chemotherapy and radiation treatments. It complements traditional and natural medicine.

Depending on the context, I use terms such as spiritual healing, faith healing, laying on of hands, etc. to describe these types of physical, spiritual, and spiritual healing and their restorative forms. Recover from illness or injury without the use of therapeutic agents (whether physical or psychological).
The best person who can heal you is yourself. This is a law of nature. Your amazing body is often able to repair itself. In some cases, the body needs help with the process. If your arm is broken, your doctor can arrange for rest. Surgery may be needed. But it’s your body that ultimately does the healing.
Various methods of healing the mind, body, and spirit work by assisting your body in its own healing process. Not only that, many alternative non-traditional medicine methods can detect imbalances in the body’s natural flow that haven’t yet become a physical problem.
Helpful Ways to Heal Your Body and Mind
vitality
Every living thing has a life energy field. This energy is the universal life force. Star Wars Movie Terminology’May the force be with you“While misdirected, it is not as far off as it seems. All ways of healing body, mind and spirit involve this power!
exercise – Gently rub your hands together for about a second, and then hold your hands about 1 cm apart. (half inch) apart, palms facing each other. You feel the warmth between them, which decreases with distance and increases as they get closer. This is life force!
If you learn to see auras, you may be able to sense this energy. If you have two or more people (the more the better) standing in a circle, palms to palms but not actually touching, you will feel plenty of power.
If one raises one’s hand and “breaks the chain,” then you will have no doubt that this power is real. This combination of life forces is called a circle of energy. If the entire force is focused on one person on the team, they can deliver that energy to those who need healing for body, mind, and spirit.
energy flow
Energy flow therapy is divided into two categories: healing the body, mind and spirit.
1 – Those treatments that do not touch you directly or only lightly. This can include the following:
- spiritual healing
- aura
- crystal healing
- chakra balancing
- Aura manipulation
2 – More difficult forms include:
- Shiatsu
- acupuncture
- reflexology
- deep tissue therapy
- Rolfing
In some cases, some difficult techniques may cause mild discomfort.
spiritual healing
I draw a distinction between spiritual healing and Reiki because practitioners consider their methods to be very different. My personal view of the two is that the spiritual healer has the gift of concentrating life force through the laying on of hands to direct healing, and can even absorb the condition into himself. Reiki is a skill that can be taught to anyone. Reiki classes cover the process of opening up to the universal life energy and channeling this energy to the patient, and these classes typically have three levels of competency and proficiency, followed by a master level.
aura
Reiki is an ancient art of healing the mind, body, and spirit that has been practiced by many cultures and is not affiliated with any particular religion. This is another safe and effective technique for healing the mind, body, and spirit that harnesses the universal life energy to help resolve problems and restore the body, mind, emotions, and spirit to their natural state of perfection. Literally translated, Rei-ki is a word connecting rei 霊: ‘Spirit‘He Qiqi:’vitality of life”. The Reiki healer guides life force energy through the hands into the body and aura of the recipient.
Unlike massage, it requires no physical manipulation – just place your hands gently on your body and perform a sequence of postures, each lasting about 3-5 minutes, to deliver energy.
Reiki sessions can be as short as 5 minutes or as long as an hour or more, and can be done with the recipient sitting or lying down. Reiki can also be given through distance healing when the recipient is not present, as we are all connected through the universal life energy at the spiritual level.
You do not have to be sick to benefit from receiving Reiki energy, as it also provides unlimited benefits of physical, mental and emotional balance, and spiritual growth to both the healer and the recipient. During a Reiki session, the healer and/or recipient will typically experience heat, tingling, deep calm, or sensations ranging from very subtle to very noticeable.
Shiatsu
Acupressure is an Eastern therapy that evolved from a 5,000-year-old tradition of healing the mind, body, and spirit. It combines compression and assisted stretching techniques, some of which are common to other therapies such as massage, physical therapy, acupressure, osteopathy, lymphatic drainage, Do-in, and more.
Acupressure treatment:
- Stimulates lymph circulation and flow
- Release toxins and deep tension in muscles
- Stimulates hormonal and immune systems
- and acts on the autonomic nervous system
This allows the recipient to deeply relax and get in touch with their own healing power.
reflexology
Reflexology, or zone therapy, is the practice of stimulating specific points on the feet, hands, or ears that represent different organs and areas of the body. The most common form is foot reflexology.
Practitioners believe that the feet are divided into many reflex zones that correspond to all parts of the body, and that applying pressure to tight or sensitive areas of a person’s feet will stimulate the corresponding body parts and cause them to begin to heal on their own.
In reflexology, it is believed that there is a “vital energy” that circulates between the body’s organs and permeates every living cell. Whenever this energy is blocked, the corresponding organs are affected. So if someone has a problem with a certain organ, a reflexologist will press or massage the corresponding reflex area until sensitivity is felt.
This sensitivity is said to result from the deposition of crystals in reflective areas, and through massage, these crystal structures can be broken down and relieve pain. At the same time, the pressure the reflexologist applies to the reflex areas is said to pass through the nerves to dissipate the energy blocks.
Author – Richi Who
I first met “Richi Who” (aka Richard Philippe) in 1986 when I moved to Magnetic Island, Queensland. Richie lived a mystical, monk-like life at the time. He lived alone while looking after a lonely house in Arthur’s Cove for his late owner, Sid Ward.
Rich became an integral part of my own spiritual enlightenment and became my spiritual guide. His late-night mystery sessions at Arthur’s Cove filled my life with wonder and opened doors to other worlds.
Rich later became the first psychic reader I retained at the Ancient Wisdom Center, and we have been friends ever since. Unfortunately, Richi passed away in 2013 while on vacation in Europe.Happily, he has reconnected and Now one of my most evidence based spiritual guides.

My Intuitive Reiki Messages ——Manajiwinp (Michigan)
In my experience, to do a Reiki session, all you have to do is:
- Relaxation (any form of relaxation, such as breathing, drinking alcohol, or listening to music, etc.)
- Place your hands on the person/area you are treating.
- To activate it, you can rub your hands together. (I can feel heat and slight vibrations on my hands when I do this)
- To aid this ability, you can grab some stones and/or crystals. Visualization/imagination also helps.
- You may feel the Reiki energy getting hotter or cooler, depending on the color/temperature you want.
- Visualize light flowing outward from your hands to the affected area and ask if they can feel it to determine. I imagine small lights or stars flowing outward, it could be like small snowflakes flowing out or a shocking small light paralyzing an area that has been negatively harmed. (It may be hot or cold)
- Research aura colors and understand their uses. As I practiced on my mother’s wrist, I imagined a light blue color, similar to ice. She said it felt like crackling cold. I imagine the blue energy freezing the bad/negative energy where it hurt, kind of like ice melting.
- Reiki symbols can also be studied and drawn or imagined on the palms of the hands. Whether they work or not depends on how you use them. (For example Cho Ku Ray = Power symbol, this symbol gives you energy making it more effective in your hand.)
I hope this helps everyone!
What can I use to cleanse my soul?
I would like to give some insight into the importance of a technique for healing the mind, body and spirit called spiritual cleansing. We all know the importance of body cleansing and body scenting, and the same spirit should be practiced at least once a week, or even twice, depending on who you’re spending time with. This is a simple but powerful spiritual cleanse.
- What you need for spiritual cleansing: 7 day white candle. sea salt. olive oil.
- Instructions for spiritual purification: Clean and anoint the candle with olive oil, pray for cleansing energy, light it and allow it to extinguish. Take a shower. Take a bath after showering and add a small amount of sea salt to the water. Bath for no less than 15 minutes and say a prayer that resonates with you. Apply olive oil to your body after bathing and wear white sheets to bed. Doing this at least once a week will keep your energy clear and create a field around you that repels negative emotions.
