Modern predictive dream science shows that the human brain begins dreaming as soon as it enters REM sleep (rapid eye movement sleep). It is during this REM stage that you will have the types of dreams that reveal possible futures as well as normal dreams. The human brain operates at four main frequencies, measured in cycles per second. Beta is 21 to 14 CPS, Alpha is 14 to 7 CPS, Theta is 7 to 4 CPS, and Delta is 3 to 1 CPS. The kind of dream that gives you a precognitive experience (psychic dream) occurs during the REM stage of sleep, when the brainwaves are between the Alpha brainwave state (14CPS) and the end of the Theta brainwave state (4CPS). Scientific evidence shows that you can enter the dream world up to four times a night. Be prepared for these vivid dreams that can give you insight into future events. When you wake up the next day, write down in your dream journal what you said and anything you saw during the precognitive dream, such as symbols, colors, or important people.

How to identify and predict real-life information in dreams.
To see the first signs of a dream that predicts the future, look for bright, warm colors and symbols that you can recognize. In addition, when experiencing this type of dream, you need to have a “feel” for the dream; is being in a dream situation a completely natural feeling for you?
Dreaming about living in a big white house and feeling like you have lived there forever, with all the luxuries at your fingertips, does not necessarily mean that you will become materially rich in the material world. However, the meaning of ominous dreams like this may indicate small things, such as that you need to treat yourself better and pay more for yourself. The house in the dream can be related to “self”, and different rooms represent different aspects of the self.
If you dream of traveling to a distant place or being in a foreign land, it may mean that you need to grow spiritually, or that you need to invest more time in opening yourself up to people and situations that are new to you. When building up your predictive dream for interpretation, note things like how you traveled, whether the journey was difficult, whether there were delays, or whether you saw dark colors, bad weather, or happy, sunny weather, and feelings of comfort things that can also describe how you deal with real-life situations.
You can also try to look around and notice the things in these dreams, the colors of cars, people’s clothes, etc. to get a feel for it. Red is often a symbol of warning or stoppage, but this is not always the case, and depending on the situation, red can mean new energy and confidence. Remember that many people are interchangeable and the person you think you are dreaming about may actually be someone else.
Write down your predictive dreams
Whatever your beliefs about precognitive dreams, if you think you’ve ever had a dream, dissect it. Was it la-la-la-dreaming all the time-and then something suddenly changed, or you suddenly realized or woke up in the dream, and then you just remember what happened after that? This may indicate a change in your own consciousness. Some spiritual counselors believe that the soul will deliberately wake you up in a dream in order to see, hear or experience important messages or scenes, usually within 3 days. How many times have you experienced a situation and thought: “I think I dreamed about this – it feels like a déjà vu experience”. You may be missing out on important inner guidance provided by the predictive power of dreams.
Is this dream about your future or a state of consciousness that relieves tension through dreams?
A famous example of the idea of predictive dreams is Carl Jung, who believed that our dreams are clear communications between our higher self and our ego. Sigmund Freud asserted that underlying dreams are real and should be noted and interpreted. We are filled with subconscious thoughts—subtle energies that we draw from everything we do in life. Unraveling meaning from these confusing subconscious processes can be difficult.
When we sleep, sometimes we have strange dreams that can be loosely called nightmares. Strange creatures, dark shapes, emotions of fear, or the feeling of someone chasing you, accidents, plane crashes, our own death, or someone being murdered or lost. When we wake up from the night terrors of such strange dreams, we say thank God it was just a dream. When this happens and you try to find an explanation, you may start to think something bad is about to happen, or see it as a warning of something negative about to happen. Before you panic about the possible causes of such dreams, start examining your recent waking life experiences. Have you ever been under a lot of pressure? Emotional and too busy to address your inner worries? If this is the case, then your subconscious may be overloaded and just needs to release what you’ve been carrying around. In this case, your subconscious can only eliminate everything you hide through dreams. Sometimes your dreams need to take the form of all the inner fears you haven’t released yet. A hasty dream interpretation from the night before may give you the wrong insight. Don’t be intimidated by your own invalid dream interpretations. If you are feeling angry inside about someone or something, and you really don’t need to carry it with you, your subconscious will most likely try to “take it all away”, mostly to give you some inner harmony.
The most surprising events can happen in dreams; You can meet a famous person, fly a plane, find a winning ticket to some outstanding award, live or work in a completely unfamiliar place, and become a different person. These experiences are called lucid dreams. Psychic abilities can be developed, and the power of lucid dreaming can be perfected through practice.
Some of the images and experiences you have in your premonitions are of course influenced by the messages we pick up from the real world around you. Television is an influence. I believe everyone has watched a movie, fell asleep, and dreamed as if there was something in the movie in some way. Yes, television has a huge impact on us, more so than we realize. Once you identify the visual diarrhea that occurs every day, you can find clear precognitive dream content. Things that cause damage to our lives will be erased by your subconscious dream. So relax, enjoy letting go of the crap, and just identify with the interpretation of the dream that seems completely real, as if it really happened.
