Spring 2024 Horoscope Preview

This year’s election and craziness has put a huge amount of anxiety in the air, and many of you are trying to plan your spring and summer vacations. There’s always something going on, but we’ll be working on the highlights for the rest of the winter and spring. Of course, these are just general observations, and how they affect your chart will depend on which cycle or dash you are running through and which houses are affected. Mercury in Pisces: March 6-25^TH and April 9 to May 10^TH

Retrograde: April 1 to April 25^TH

Typically, with Mercury in Pisces for three weeks, intelligence and communication will be challenged. This year, we have much longer as Mercury will go retrograde in early Aries before returning to Pisces on April 8th. The last time we had this was in 2018. Travel, computer and technology challenges may increase, so plan accordingly. Venus enters Pisces from April 1st to 23rd^RD and will remove weakness and be of great help.

Mars and Saturn Conjunction in Aquarius: Exactly on April 10; Big Impact April 3-18^TH

For those ruled by Mars and Saturn, this can be a time of deep frustration and indecision, which can bring unstable anger and for some can lead to accidents, depending on Dasha and houses affected. It especially affects Aries and Scorpio risings and Aquarius and Capricorn risings.

Venus Burning: April 27 to July 10^TH

When Venus burns, it is invisible in the night sky and hidden by the sun’s rays. For Libra and Taurus, the rising can increase anger, irritability, and fatigue, so you must get more rest.The exact conjunction is June 5^th. The bright side of Venus burning is that it can support spirituality and the pursuit of the divine. Material desires are often thwarted. However, most of the combustion occurs in Venus in Taurus, so it will have some energy.

Lunar Eclipse: March 25^TH 10 Virgo

Unless you have key planets at 10 Virgo, this is secondary.

Solar Eclipse; April 8^TH : 26 Pisces

We’ve written about this, and it’s a major event as it’s affecting the United States and hitting Texas for the second time. The eclipse will also have delayed effects that may last until the next solar eclipse in October.

Jupiter in Taurus: May 1, 2024 – May 15, 2025

Jupiter in Aries has done better since aspecting Sagittarius. Jupiter in Taurus can be overly exaggerated, ungrounded in reality when it comes to spending and investing, and out of balance in material life.

Mars conjunct Rahu: May 20^TH (True Node) 20 degrees Pisces

This is often a difficult combination, as both the courage and fear of risk-taking are increased at the same time. It may improve athletic performance and sexual activity, but it may also lead to more temper tantrums, violence, and accidents.

Uranus enters Taurus: June 1^Yingshi

Uranus is a benefic outer planet, but unexpected events can occur when it changes signs, and it will be 0-2 degrees on the edge of its sign until mid-July.

Positive side:

Venus in Pisces: April 1-25^th

Always a highlight of the year for relationships, art and creativity expressing more hope for peace.Relatively unaffected except for the conjunction with Rahu on April 18^th Even this can enhance creativity.

Sun in Aries; April 13-May 14^TH

Maintain positive leadership, optimism and confidence throughout this year.

Mars in Aries: June 2 to July 13^TH

That’s great if you are an Aries or a Scorpio rising, or if Mars is a compatible planet for you, such as a Cancer or Leo rising. It is always good to have a strong planet but at the same time a strong malefic like Mars may like to fight more and create problems.
