I recently completed the first part of a two-month exercise in a year-long advanced spiritual development course I am currently taking. The actual testing was quite challenging even for experienced psychics, but overall, I’m happy to say, everything went well.
One of the tests required us to channel a stranger through a video call, with the goal of perceiving the details of that person at different stages of their life. In other words, we have to know the important details of who they were as children, teenagers, 20s, 30s, 40s, etc.
Before I did my test reading, I prepared myself by focusing mentally on the woman I was reading for, which I did while walking my dog. Over the years, I have found that spending time outdoors every day with my beloved pets is a great time to receive spiritual messages.
It was also helpful to have a photo of the randomly assigned subject sent to us ahead of time so that I could picture her in my mind as well, which made the whole process easier.
So when I called her via FaceTime to do the reading, I had already written down a lot of information about her youth before the class started. For example, I saw that she had a quite happy childhood, and even fantasized about her blowing daisies to make wishes.

Although this was fun for me, I learned through trial and error over the years to always trust the messages I received.

After that the rest of the reading was a breeze. It made me realize once again that although I have to get myself in the right frame of mind mentally and energetically to read well, the process becomes easier when I raise my vibration with some lighthearted humor. Emotions are a byproduct of our thinking, and if I spent time worrying about how a test reading would go, the energy would be heavier and more intensive.
The spirit loves humor. I know this because loved ones often receive psychic readings by sharing a funny incident that happened before their death or one of their favorite jokes. They may even reveal from the other side how they played pranks on family members, such as hiding or moving objects, or teasing the family cat or dog.
Nor is psychic reading the only activity or pursuit in life that benefits from raising your vibrational frequency. We all perform better when we raise our vibrations before giving a presentation, taking a test, playing a game, or going on a date.
There are many ways to raise our vibration, such as shifting our focus to positivity and gratitude; engaging in meditation, prayer, chanting, or mindfulness exercises; connecting with nature; repeating positive affirmations; listening to inspirational music with binaural beats ; Practice energy clearing and grounding techniques; set intentions; and more.
However, there’s nothing better than a bit of humor and laughter!

Practice relaxing and letting go: Don’t take yourself too seriously and cultivate a sense of ease. Let go of perfectionism and embrace the imperfections and quirks that make life interesting.
Incorporate these strategies into your daily life and experience the transformative impact of humor and laughter on your mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
last but not least. Never underestimate the power of your thoughts When we think, we generate countless ideas. These thoughts create a vibrational frequency within us that translates into emotions. Therefore, our own unique vibrational frequency changes at different times depending on the thoughts we generate.
We can project negative or positive frequencies (often called vibrations) out into the outside world. Our bodies react strongly to our thoughts. A simple example is that anxious thoughts can cause our muscles to tense up, our heart to race, or we can blush when we feel embarrassed.
Therefore, in order to attract the people, people, or circumstances we want into our world, we should prioritize our thoughts and, if they are primarily negative, work to change them to be as positive, loving, creative, and Happy people.
